One bad decision and one controversial call cost the Marquette Golden Eagles a trip to the Sweet 16. Even with Dominic James in the lineup, Marquette could not defeat Missouri. The end of the game was 83-79.

Michigan State Wins Close One Over USC

I kind of wanted USC to win, but Michigan State was the better team today. It was neck and neck but Travis Walton lead his Spartans to a 74-69 victory over the Trojans. Next up is a game versus defending national champions Kansas.

This hat is sick and I bought the Nike Air Max 95s and when I went to purchase the New Era fitted, my size was already sold out. This hat goes perfect with the sneakers, now I have to look for another one. If anyone finds another locations to find this hat or something close to match the 95s let me know.

Gonzaga Avoids Close Call With Western Kentucky

The Cinderella was eliminated last night in a close game. Leads were tight and on both ends of the teams for parts of the game. Towards the end Wester Kentucky gave up its lead and fought back. It was Gonzaga’s Demetri Goodson who made a shot with 0.9 seconds left in the game that won it for the Bulldogs 83-81. The Zag’s next stop is a tough game versus North Carolina.

Duke Eliminates Texas 74-69

The Duke and Texas game last night was big because there was no big favorite in the game. As the game started, it was noticeable as it was close but Duke held a tight lead. Towards the end of the game, it was free throws that won the game for Duke. They are now headed to Boston to play a scrappy Villanova team on Thursday. The final score of the game was 74-69.

Shaq Becomes No. 5 Scorer In NBA History

Last night the Phoenix Suns gave the Washington Wizards a whooping by the score of 128-96. The big news was that with Shaq’s 13 points that he scored, he passed Moses Malone on the all-time scorers list in NBA history. He currently has 27,411 points and is 4,008 points away from the No. 4 scorer, Wilt Chamberlain. Congrats Shaq, this might be the closest you make it though, given your age.
