Lil Wayne Accepts Plea Deal In NYC Gun Case — Expected To Get One Year In Jail

It looks like this time it is more clear on the time Lil Wayne will do in jail for a gun charge that leads back to 2007. Wayne accepted a plea deal today (October 22) and is expected to do one year and I believe one day in jail and will be sentenced in February 2010. This is crazy especially during this high point in his career but if you do the crime you gotta do the time.

Philadelphia Phillies 10 – LA Dodgers 4 (NLCS Game 5 – NL Champions)

The Philadelphia Phillies had the opportunity to reach the World Series with a win in game 5 versus the Dodgers. Cole Hamels started for the Phillies and only lasted 5 innings as he gave up 3 runs. It was a home-run night as there were 4 homers hit within the first two innings. The Phillies were able to rely on their successful offense this year, including the postseason, for this game. They were determined to win at home and the Phillies did with a 10-4 victory over the Dodgers and winning the National League Championship Title for the 2nd straight year. Now they await the winner of the Yankees/Angles. Ryan Howard was named MVP.
