Marcus’ Jordans Cause adidas to Drop UCF Athletics

After going to a school that has a contract with Adidas, Michael Jordan’s son, Marcus, said he was not going to wear Adidas on his feet to play basketball. This action was going to cost the school if it did occur and it looks like Adidas is out. Here’s a picture of Marcus wearing the Air Jordan Retro XII (Rising Son). Here’s the email Adidas spokeswoman Andrea Corso sent to the Orlando Sentinel:

The University of Central Florida has chosen not to deliver on their contractual commitment to Adidas. As a result we have chosen not to continue our relationship with them moving forward.

Wow……I wonder what’s the Jordan family going to do for the school?

Chicago Bulls 86 – Cleveland Cavaliers 85

The Chicago Bulls stopped the Cleveland Cavaliers 3-game winning streak last night with a 86-85 win. Lebron had 25 points and 7 rebounds for the Cavaliers, but Luol Deng and Joakim Noah’s defense at the end was the difference maker for the Bulls in the win. The question now is, what is going on in Cleveland so far. Was bringing Shaq the right move? What do you think?

Temple University 34 – Miami (OH) 32 (NCAA Football)

Temple University has been on a hot streak after losing the Mayor’s Cup to Villanova and a big loss to Penn State. After the first 2 games of the season, Temple has won 7 straight games, including last night’s victory. The Owl’s played Miami (OH) in what was a very close one. Bernard Pierce had 178 yards rushing and 3 touchdowns for Temple, but the game winner was a late field goal. The Owls gave up the lead in the 4th quarter, but came out on top 34-32.
