NCAA Places HUGE Punishment On Penn State Football Program

After removing the Joe Paterno statue from the university, Penn State got a huge punishment placed on them. A $60 million fine, 4-year bowl ban, vacated wins from 1998-2011, and loss of 20 football scholarships for 4 seasons.

The vacated wins now puts Joe Paterno in 12th place in all-time wins as coach, dropping him from 1st place.
