Last night there was yet another Thursday Night NFL game on NFL Network. This week featured the Miami Dolphins and the Carolina Panthers. It was all Ricky Williams last night as he scored 3 touchdowns for the Dolphins to lead them to a 24-17 victory over the Panthers.

New Orleans Saints 30 – Carolina Panthers 20 (NFL Week 9)

The New Orleans Saints continued their winning ways today with a 30-20 win over the Carolina Panthers. Drew Brees threw for 330 yards with 1 touchdown and 1 interception. I’m just smelling an offensive powerhouse that does not want to be messed with. The Saints are now 8-0 on the season. What do you think?

Eagles Pumble Panthers 38-10 In Week 1

Well the Philadelphia Eagles had an interesting match-up today against a scrappy Carolina Panthers team who reached the conference finals last year. I have to say I expected a closer game but it was all Eagles, specifically our defense. Sheldon Brown had 2 interceptions in the 38-10 rout of the Panthers. Donovan McNabb threw for only 79 yards but he had 2 TDs, a rushing TD, and 1 interception.

Arizona Cardinals Defeat Carolina Panthers, 33-13

This is the result that I wanted to happen with this game but did not think that it was actually going to happen. From the beginning of the game it was all Arizona. WR Larry Fitzgerald was catching all the tough passes for the Cards and Carolina’s Jake Delhomme just simply had a bad game. Delhomme threw 5 interceptions on his 34th birthday. The Cards were the better team and are headed to their 1st NFC Championship Game next week in franchise history. The winner of the Eagles/Giants game will face the Cardinals next week. The final score was 33-13
