Cincinnati Bengals WR Chris Henry Dies

Being on the right path in life and on a re-emerging team in the NFL were two big parts of Chris Henry’s life that was sadly taken early this morning. After falling out of the back of a pickup truck in what authorities described as a domestic dispute with his fiancée late last night, Chris past away early this morning.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said the 26-year-old Henry died early Thursday, less than 18 hours after he fell off the back of a pickup truck on a curvy residential street about eight miles northwest of downtown Charlotte.

This is very sad and Chris will be dearly missed. R.I.P. Chris Henry.

Cincinnati Bengals Sign RB Larry Johnson

After being cut by the Kansas City Chiefs for making derogatory remarks at his coach, Larry Johnson has found a new home. The Cincinnati Bengals signed Larry Johnson to a 1-year contract. Since he is a veteran and veteran contracts are guaranteed in the beginning of the season, he will receive his $4 million from the Chiefs and earn an additional $255,290 from the Bengals, the veteran minimum for the remainder of this season. What do you think?

Cinicinnati Bengals 17 – Baltimore Raven 14 (Week 5)

I don’t know if you can say they are back, but the Bengals are having some success this season as they improved to 4-1 this season with a late 4th quarter drive to beat the Baltimore Ravens 17-14. They are playing well this season and if they can keep it up, may reach the playoffs for the first time in a couple seasons. Caron Palmer looks like he may be back!
