The LA Lakers were pumped after the crazy finish to game 5 in the series and needing only one win was cake to them. They played a tough game and now they are back in the NBA Finals. This time it will be a rematch from 2008 versus the Boston Celtics. It will be a crazy series…..who will prevail?

Kobe had a chance and missed, but Ron Artest was there for the put back to win game 5 at the buzzer! The Suns played a tough game but the Lakers stood in there and won the game 103-101. Kobe had 30 points, 11 rebounds, 9 assists in the win.

The LA Lakers showed the hot and streaking Phoenix Suns whose conference they have to dethrone in order to be at the top last night. The Suns entered the game at 8-1 and as one ofthe top teams in the league, but Kobe bryant thought otherwise. Kobe had a big game with 29 points. Center, Andrew Bynum had an even bigger game with 26 points and 15 rebounds in the 121-102 victory over the Suns. Look out for the Lakers everyone!

Phoenix Suns 104 – Miami Heat 96

The Suns and Heat came in both at 3-0 last night in their game against each other. This night, Steve Nash and the Suns came out on top with a 104-96 victory over the Heat. Nash dropped 30 points and had 8 assist. Dwayne Wade had 23 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assist for the Heat. Both teams are starting the season looking good!

Suns Trade Shaq To Cleveland Cavaliers

Well it looks like it has actually been done! Shaq will be going to Cleveland with Lebron James and company. The trade rumored back around the trade deadline but nothing was done. Then it rumored again towards the end of the playoffs and now it finally has happened. The Cavs will be sending Ben Wallace and Sasha Pavlovic and the 46th pick in the draft in exchange for Shaq. Maybe if the trade was done when it first rumored, the Cavs would have made it to the finals!

Shaq Becomes No. 5 Scorer In NBA History

Last night the Phoenix Suns gave the Washington Wizards a whooping by the score of 128-96. The big news was that with Shaq’s 13 points that he scored, he passed Moses Malone on the all-time scorers list in NBA history. He currently has 27,411 points and is 4,008 points away from the No. 4 scorer, Wilt Chamberlain. Congrats Shaq, this might be the closest you make it though, given your age.
