Steelers 13 – Titans 10 (NFL Opener – Madden Curse Has Struck)

Last night was the opening game of the 2009-2010 NFL Season between the Steelers and Titans. It turned out to be a slugger between both teams. Big Ben threw for over 360 yards but the game was a low scoring one. A funble by Wines Hard sent basically sent the game to overtime but Steelers Kicker Jeff Reed came through and kicked a game winning 33-yrd field goal. During the game Troy Polamalu had his knee caught in a pile of players which turned into a sprained mcl and now he is out 3-6 weeks. Oh he’s actually one half of this year’s Madden 2010 cover so the curse in in effect.
