The Texas Rangers needed won strike to win the World Series and blew it! David Freeze tied the game in the bottom of the 9th and won the game in the 11th with a HR to seal the deal 10-9. Game 7 is tonight where one team will come out a world series champions.

St. Louis Cardinals took a close one in game 1 of the World Series last night. A low scoring game but a pinch hit rbi by Allen Craig help lead the Cardinals to a 3-2 win and 1-0 series lead.

The Giants kept it close last night until about the 8th inning. It was 2-0 until the giants went crazy on Texas in a 7 run 8th inning to take a 9-0 lead and win by that score. Matt Cain silenced the Rangers and now the Giants are two wins away from a World Series title.
